Guests will enjoy full, private access to the home and yard. While the gated portion of the driveway is not available, there is parking for one car in the driveway outside the gate, plus street parking for two additional vehicles. The neighborhood is very safe, and street parking is widely used in the area.

*House is monitored with exterior property cameras for security purposes. One above the exterior driveway gate, and one monitoring the front door. There are no cameras inside of the home or in the backyard.

*Pool heating is available for $40 per night for a minimum of 3 nights during your stay. This request must be made no later than 3 days prior to your arrival. Please note that the maximum the pool can be heated is 86 degrees and MAY NOT BE an option during winter months. If we cannot achieve the temp range of 75-85, we will refund your pool fee. No additional refunds will be given for pool heating issues.

*We do not allow parties or large events.

*Quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly and are strictly enforced by both management and the City. Please keep music and shouting to a minimum at all times in an effort to respect our neighbors and avoid a noise ordinance fine.

*No Smoking allowed inside home.

*All house rules expected to be followed. Failing to do so will result in additional fines

*NOTE: There may be occasions when pool or gardening professionals are onsite. We will do our best to communicate their arrival prior, but cannot always pin-point timing.

*We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and coffee pods) for guests to enjoy during their stay.

*No pets allowed
