The Tempe Hideaway Casita is a cute, self-contained space tucked behind the main home, with its own entrance and its own patch of outdoors. It is built for two, which makes it an easy fit for couples, solo travelers, parents in town to see their student, and anyone settling in for a longer stay in the Valley.

ASU and Sun Devil Stadium are minutes away, Mill Avenue dining and nightlife are close by, and the rest of the Valley is a short drive. Guests have the entire casita and its designated outdoor sitting area.

Inside, the casita keeps things simple and comfortable. The kitchenette handles morning coffee, snacks, and easy meals without a restaurant reservation, and high speed wifi makes it just as easy to work for a few hours or stream something at the end of the night.

The Fine Details

The casita sits on the same property as Tempe Hideaway House, our larger main home, which is offered as a separate vacation rental. You may see or hear other guests coming and going during your stay. The casita has its own private entrance and its own designated outdoor area, and we ask guests in both spaces to be considerate of one another and stay within the areas set aside for their rental. Please do not enter the main house, its outdoor areas, or use amenities designated for main house guests.

Traveling with a larger group? Reach out to ask about renting the entire property, including both the main house and the casita.

Please park only in the designated parking area and avoid blocking neighboring properties, sidewalks, driveways, or access areas.

Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am and are enforced by the City of Tempe, so please keep music and voices low out of respect for the neighbors and the guests in the main house.

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, and only registered guests are permitted without prior approval. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 and stay on the property throughout the reservation. Parties, events, gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the casita, and this is a no pet property.

Guests are responsible for any fines or citations resulting from their actions during the reservation.
