Citrus & Bloom is a 4 bedroom home in Mesa built for the kind of trip where everyone comes along. Sleeping 12 across two king suites, a queen guest room, a bunk room, and a pull-out, it has the space for a family reunion or a full sports team. Play ping pong under the citrus trees, run a shuffleboard tournament in the game room, or put a record on and let dinner take as long as it takes.
Oakland A’s Spring Training is close enough to walk to, and Mesa’s sports fields are minutes out, which makes this an easy home base during tournament season. There are no steps to get in the front door. Guests have full private access to the home and the yard.

The yard is the reason people book this place. It is lush and fully private, with mature fruit trees, a pool, and enough outdoor seating that the whole group can eat outside together. Afternoons run long out here, and once the game comes on the patio TV, nobody bothers going back in.

Inside, the fun keeps going.
The main living space is bright and open, with a record player and a curated stack of vinyl for slow mornings. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a rare amount of room to eat: 10 at the dining table plus 5 more at the countertop.

The Fine Details
Pool heating is available for $60 per night with a 3 night minimum, requested at least 4 days before arrival. Pool and gardening professionals are onsite occasionally. We do our best to give you a heads up before they arrive, though we cannot always pin down exact timing.
The gated portion of the driveway is not available during your stay. There is room for one car in the driveway outside the gate, plus street parking for two more. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and street parking is common here. The game room sits in the detached garage and is not air conditioned, so it is at its best in the mornings and evenings during the warmer months.
Quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly and are enforced by both management and the City. Please keep music and voices low at all times so we can respect the neighbors. Parties and large events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the home. Pets are not permitted at this property.
Two exterior cameras, one above the driveway gate and one at the front door, are in place for security. There are no cameras inside the home and none in the backyard.
Under a new City ordinance, all reservations go through a verification process. Please make sure your full legal name is on the reservation when you book, as IDs may be requested for verification afterward.
