Sunset Social Club is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home right in Old Town Scottsdale, where bars, restaurants, golf, and spas are all close enough to walk to and Spring Training is a mile down the road. Sleeping 12 with no bunk beds anywhere in the house, this one was built for groups who want to be in the middle of everything and still have room to spread out.
Play a round of mini golf before the sun gets serious, settle a ping pong rivalry in the afternoon, then leave the keys on the counter and walk to dinner. Come back and let the evening run long around the firepit. Guests have the entire home, the pool, and the backyard.

The backyard is the main event. There is a pool with optional heating, a hot tub that stays hot year round at no extra cost, and enough shade and seating that nobody has to fight for a spot.

Interior Amenities
Room for everyone, and then some.
Four bedrooms sleep 12 on premium bedding, all real beds. The primary suite has an ensuite bath and its own backyard access, and a second bedroom with two full beds has an ensuite as well. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for a group that actually plans to cook, and the dining table seats 10 with two more chairs available on request.

The Fine Details
The hot tub is heated year round and included with your stay. Pool heating is available for $60 per night with a 3 night minimum, requested at least 2 days before arrival. Staying a shorter stretch? Reach out and we will see what we can do.
Quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly and are enforced by both management and the City. Please keep music and voices low at all times so we can respect the neighbors. Parties and large events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the home.
Two exterior cameras, one at the garage and one at the front door, are in place for the safety of guests and neighbors. There are no cameras inside the home and none in the backyard. Noise sensors measure sound levels only, and smoke detection monitors alert us to smoking indoors.
A pack and play, a booster seat, and a stroller can be delivered ahead of your arrival when requested before your stay. Plastic dishware and a stash of toys are already here waiting.
Under a new City ordinance, all reservations go through a verification process. Please make sure your full legal name is on the reservation when you book, as IDs are requested for verification afterward.
