Our Story
A family business, born in the Arizona sun.
We are Allyson and Aharon Kessary, a husband-and-wife team who fell into short-term rentals, fell hard for the work, and built The Sun Kissed Group around a simple belief: a home is worth showing up for.
How It Started
We did not plan this. We just went all in.
A few years ago, we sold a rental property in Seattle and moved our focus to Arizona. The home we bought here happened to be a short-term rental, and we jumped in with both feet. We learned everything we could, poured ourselves into every detail, and watched it take off. Before long, a neighbor asked us to manage his home, then another, and what started as one property quietly became a business.
Today we own and manage a growing collection of homes across the Phoenix metro, from Scottsdale to Chandler, Mesa, and beyond. We are still hands-on with every one of them, because that is the only way we know how to do it.

With backgrounds in healthcare and small business, we bring a work ethic and an eye for detail that shape everything we do. We restyle and reimagine every property we take on, then hold it to a five-star standard long after the first guest checks in. Before every stay, one of us walks the home in person, catching the small things a cleaning crew can miss, the difference between a good review and a great one.
We are not a call center or a national brand managing your home from three states away. When you work with us, you get us, the same two people who treat your property like part of the family, because to us, it is.
