A backyard, a game room, and a mountain out the back door.
Summit House is a 5 bedroom home sitting at the foot of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve, with vaulted ceilings, a desert mountain mural, and a layout that keeps everyone in the same room without anyone feeling crowded. Sink into the hot tub with a mountain view, work on your short game on the putting green, or lose an afternoon to the arcade in the garage.
Trailheads are minutes away, food and bars are a couple of blocks out, and Camelback Mountain is about fifteen minutes by car. Sky Harbor and downtown Phoenix are both around twenty. Guests have the entire home and every amenity in it.
Exterior Amenities
A resort-style backyard, minus the resort.
Out back it is easy to lose track of the day. Somebody claims the hammock, somebody else is stretched out in a swinging pod chair, and by evening the pizza oven is going and the fire pit takes over from there. The hot tub looks straight out at the mountains, which is a good enough reason to stay in it a while.
- Large swimming pool, heating available for a fee
- Hot tub with mountain views
- Pizza oven with utensils for family pizza night
- Fire pit and outdoor dining
- 3 hole putting green
- Hammock and swinging pod chairs
- Yoga hideaway with double mirrors
Interior Amenities
Inside, the fun keeps going.
The garage has been turned into a full game room, air conditioned and ready for a rainy day or a hot one. Inside the house, a huge sectional and a 75 inch Roku TV handle movie nights, and the kitchen flows straight into a breakfast nook with a pool view.
- Game room garage with PS5, arcade games, pool table, ping pong, basketball hoop, and a popcorn machine
- Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite walk in shower
- Bedrooms 2 through 5: Queen beds, each with a smart TV

We recommend having a car to see everything Phoenix has to offer, though Uber and Lyft are easy to come by and get you across Phoenix and Scottsdale quickly. Trails are close enough to walk to, and there is food and drink a couple of blocks away.
Starter supplies are provided so you are not making a store run on night one: hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. For longer stays, plan to restock to your own liking.
We ask that you take care of the home as if it were yours. We built this place for people to unwind in, and a little care keeps it that way for the next family.
