Desert Dream is a 5 bedroom home in a quiet, family oriented pocket of North Scottsdale, where modern design meets classic Southwest charm. Cool off in the pool, settle in at the outdoor bar with the game on, or put a record on and let somebody else worry about dinner.
Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are five minutes away for shopping and a good meal, TPC Scottsdale is ten, and Desert Ridge is a quick thirteen. The yard is fully fenced, so kids and dogs can roam. Guests have the entire home, the backyard, the pool, and the garage.

Out back is where the day goes. Coffee on the patio while it is still cool, an afternoon that turns into a pool day, then the grill going and the game on while the string lights come up. The hot tub stays hot year round, so the season never really matters.

Five bedrooms sleep 12 on premium bedding, with a mix of western character and clean modern lines from room to room. The primary suite has an ensuite bath and a private door out to the pool. Inside, there’s a fireplace, a reading nook, a record player with a curated stack of vinyl, and Roku enabled smart TVs throughout.

The Fine Details
The hot tub is heated year round and included with your stay. Pool heating is available for $60 per night with a 3 night minimum, requested at least 3 days before arrival. Pool and gardening professionals are onsite occasionally. We do our best to give you a heads up before they arrive, though we cannot always pin down exact timing.
Quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly and are enforced by both management and the City. Please keep music and voices low at all times so we can respect the neighbors. Parties and large events are not permitted, smoking is not allowed inside the home.
Four exterior cameras, two above the garage, one at the front door, and one along the side of the home, are in place for security. There are no cameras inside the home and none in the backyard. Two non recording noise monitors measure sound levels only, and smoke detection monitors alert us to smoking indoors.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $140 per pet for the length of your stay. We only ask that pups use the designated rocky areas for potty breaks rather than the turf. For the little ones, we have two pack and plays, a booster seat, toys, books, plastic dishware, and a removable pool fence available on request.
Under a new City ordinance, all reservations go through a verification process. Please make sure your full legal name is on the reservation when you book, as IDs are requested for verification afterward.
