Tempe Hideaway House is a comfortable, colorful home base five minutes from ASU and Sun Devil Stadium, set back just far enough that the day can actually wind down. Spread out in the game room, pull dinner together in the kitchen, or let the evening run long around the fire pit while somebody racks up another win at bocce.
Mill Avenue dining and nightlife are minutes away, campus is right there for games, graduations, and tours, and the rest of the Valley is an easy drive. Guests have the entire main house, the main portion of the backyard, and the carport.

The backyard is where Tempe evenings belong. Dinner moves outside, the fire pit comes on after dark, and the bocce ball court settles whatever needs settling. There is room to sit, room to play, and room to do nothing at all after a long day on campus.

The main living area is made for landing after a day out, with a sleeper sofa that adds another place to sleep when the group grows. The kitchen is ready for morning coffee, and the dining table doubles as the spot for card games and tomorrow’s plans. The game room gives kids and adults somewhere else to go, with games on site, and a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to open the laptop for an hour.

The Fine Details
There is a separate casita on the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. It has its own private entrance and its own designated outdoor space. The main home and the casita are separate rentals, so while the entire main house and the main portion of the backyard are yours, the overall property is shared. We ask that you respect the privacy of casita guests and leave any areas or amenities set aside for their use undisturbed.
Traveling with a larger group? Reach out to ask about renting the entire property, including both the main house and the casita.
Guests are welcome to use the carport. Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking neighboring properties, driveways, sidewalks, or access areas.
Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am. Please keep music and voices low so we can respect the neighbors and the casita guests, especially out back around the fire pit and bocce court. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home, and pets are not permitted at this property. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and the primary booking guest must be at least 25 and stay on the property throughout the reservation.
Exterior cameras are in place at the front door and near the carport for security. There are no cameras inside the home.
