Frequently Asked Questions
Do you require a deposit or rental agreement?
Yes. We require a refundable $500 deposit paid at time of booking. We will also send a rental agreement that must be signed prior to receiving lock codes and property access information.
What is your cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund if guests cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in
If a guest cancels 14 days before check-in no refund will be offered
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
We always recommend travel insurance to account for unexpected illness or travel disruption.
Do you offer extras like early check-in, late check-out or stock the fridge options?
Yes! Early check-in and late check-out are offered at $50 per 2 hours. You may request at time of booking, however, we cannot confirm availability until closer to booking dates as we may have guests in the home and cleaning staff need 4-5 hours to prepare the home in between stays.
Stock the fridge is available for $99.
Do you offer management services for short term rentals
