The Sun Kissed Group is Allyson and Aharon Kessary, a family business rooted right here in Arizona. We own short-term rentals ourselves, so we know exactly what it feels like to hand your property to someone else and hope they treat it well. That’s why we stay hands-on with every home we manage. When you work with us, you are not passed to a rotating team of strangers halfway across the country. You get us.

Before every arrival, we walk the property in person: lint-rolling the beds, checking that every light works, confirming the coffee maker and the wine opener are where they should be, and catching the one small thing that would have set a guest off.
